This multisource power supply is designed specifically for Electron Beam applications.
The Cathode power supply offers a fast rise time and an advanced arc management feature, in order to ensure the continuity of the beam. A wide variety of settings is also offered to the user to set the power supply in accordance with his own process.
The auxiliary power supplies (Filament, Wehnelt/Bias and/or Bombardments) are integrated inside the same oil tank as the Cathode power suppy. All auxiliaries power supplies are floating at the cathode output voltage.
The power supply includes one single coaxial removable HV cable (3m) with a connector mounted on each end. This connector is a multipin connector, with provides the output for all the power supplies.
